This Filipino restaurant stands out not just for its exquisite culinary offerings but also for the impressive views of Taal Lake, making it an ideal locale for family gatherings or quiet dinners.

It was a wonderful experience in terms of the place itself. However, when it comes to value, it falls short. For just a couple of hundred pesos more, you can already enjoy a well-known buffet in the country with a wider variety of dishes. Here, the food selection is quite limited. We get the theme of *“Lutong Bahay”*, but they could definitely add more native delicacies to better match their price point. The staff were average, providing the usual service you’d expect from buffet servers. What really stands out, though, is the view—it’s one of the best compared to others. That alone made the visit worth considering. Still, experiences can differ, so you might want to try it yourself and see how you feel about it.

RSM Alfresco Tagaytay Magallanes is one of the great spots to enjoy the vibrant highlands view of the Taal Lake while enjoying the fresh mountain air. RSM is a family restaurant thats has many branches along Tagaytay. The restaurant serves breakfast buffet, and Ala Cart orders. There is appropriations for special events along the open area. There are plenty and wide option of parking spots to choose from. Its free parking spaces intended for customers of RSM. The balcony has great air quality. Sipping coffe while the cold mountain air rushing through is an experience. The Bar on the ground floor is easily one of the most aesthetically pleasing to look at. The restaurant is pet friendly and accomodates multiple pets at once. Of course the restaurants guidelines on dining must still be honored by the responsible per owners as it is still a restaurant/ cafe. The food is great we availed their breakfast menu on a friday morning. The serving portions are generous for its price. The waiting time is average and the overall taste is above average. Their complimentary just soup (bulalo-based) is not that great but all food menu taste really well. The service is average at best. Julius our waiter made our stay good. He has terrific knowledge of the menu and its items and catered to our every needs. Overall, we would dine here again and I recommend this place to those who wants good foor with a great view.

Grilled liempo is a little tough. Many burned parts. Bulalo is very good, not oily. They have one of the best boneless bangus fried. Tawilis tastes the same everywhere you go. They also have buffet. Service is attentive.and courteous. They have singers going around if you wanna request song or sing happy birthday. Big place 3 levels. Many parking spaces with attendant.

We went to RSM Lutong Bahay on a Saturday night at 7 PM without a reservation for 15 people. We waited for a few minutes, as they fixed a table for us, and were lead inside. As we entered, this venue is huge, a whole upstairs, downstairs and outdoors area. It’s a big house. They have a buffet, a shop for treats, bibingka stall… The decoration and interior design is really pretty, resembling a tropical garden getaway. Mind you, there is still sooooo much seating inside. We settled in the outdoor patio area in front of a great live band, as they sang popular songs. There was even a segment where the lead singer would go around the venue with a karaoke tablet and interact with the guests in a fun way. We got a few laughs from that. They also sang Happy Birthday to the people that were there, so that was nice. There is also an elongated viewpoint where you can probably see the city and nature, but as it was night, it was just dark. But the wind was a welcome reprieve. Their food was good from pork belly barbecue, calamares, squash and kare-kare, and we used banana leaves as plates. They all came in HUGE serving plates and all at once with a not so bad wait. The tiny fried crabs were kind of a miss, as personally for me it was freaky, and also pretty salty. But the real star my friends, is the freaking Bulalo. It was THE standout of our visit to Tagaytay. It would remain warm in a hot pot as it encompassed huge tender beef, some bone marrow, crunchy cabbage and a very soothing beef broth with constant soup refills. It was the absolute best - not at all greasy or with any afterwards grossities. Just healing, I had like 5 servings. We spent a total of P7000. If you’re in Tagaytay, I definitely recommend checking RSM out!

Fantastic location with a gorgeous vista, food was great. Had my engagement here and got some great photos. Unfortunately some of the fake grass out the back is loose and slippery. The entrance leads under some hanging vines which are Unfortunately quite low and I had to stoop over to get through. Overall a great venue

Buffet was great value for money. We were full the whole day! Service was good, place was clean (although restroom is small and dark). Chanced upon the freshly roasted lechon on a Saturday, tawilis was crispy. Sushi options too. Kare kare was delish (but some beef cuts were not tender). Wish they have full bulalo dish since you’re in Tagaytay (it was just soup). And I wish they could open the buffet earlier (buffet opens at 11am). View of the taal was amazing, there was space for picture taking. Nice ambiance.

The buffet offers delicious food at a very reasonable price. The place is clean, and the cozy ambiance makes dining more enjoyable. The staff provides fast service, and even during Sunday evening rush hour, the dishes were kept well-stocked and freshly refilled.

I love the food coz I miss the lutong bahay. The place is amazing, beautiful. Evne it's raining on that time we visited, still nice. It's just asahem that we haven't seen the view perfectly. The price of the food is too much. It's very expensive. Maybe because it's in Tagaytay but it's only for those well off family, not catered for the middle class who wants to bring the whole family. But at least we tried. Don't know if I'm coming back.although I OFW it's not practical for me. But I'm sure other people will still be visiting you. Oh by the way I like the group that were singing that time. They're great!
